What are the customer service hours of operation?

The Accounts Payable Customer Service help desk is staffed Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm central time.


Registered suppliers can utilize the Kraft Foods self-service invoice inquiry application 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Sign up to use self-service invoice status by sending an email to VendorInfo@kraftfoods.com.  Upon set up confirmation, invoice status can be requested by sending an email to InvoiceInquiry@kraftfoods.com.  Enter the complete invoice number in the subject line.  Do not include additional characters, words or purchase order numbers in the subject line.  Please note that only one invoice number can be requested per email.
